PFP Application Form

Each time the CNSC offers participant funding, a PFP Application Form will be available for that particular matter. Look under Participant Funding Opportunities to find out if the CNSC is offering participant funding for a matter of interest to you.

Consult the PFP Guide (PDF) for step-by-step instructions on filling out a PFP Application Form.

A Funding Application Form specific to each PFP opportunity will be available on the PFP Availability and Notification page.

PFP Guide

The Participant Funding Program Guide is available in different formats to help participants understand the program and ensure that Funding Applications are complete and accurate before they are submitted to the CNSC. To scan through PFP Guide’s sections, click on the table of content links below, or download and read the complete PFP Guide (PDF).

PFP Contribution Agreement

A Contribution Agreement will be sent to each successful Funding Applicant. It will outline the required deliverable and the maximum amount of funding approved for the matter at hand. Successful Funding Applicants must sign and return the Contribution Agreement to the CNSC and agree to fulfill all its terms and conditions, in order to receive approved funding. View a sample PFP Contribution Agreement (PDF).

PFP Final Financial Report

The CNSC’s receipt of your Final Financial Report constitutes the end deliverable under your Contribution Agreement. PFP payments will not be processed until Recipients have completed and sent this document to the CNSC. Recipients do not have to submit expense receipts, but are strongly encouraged to keep them for three (3) years in case of an audit.

A sample of a completed Final Financial Report can be found in Annex C of the PFP Guide (PDF). View a template for completing a PFP Final Financial Report (PDF).
